The most important take away here is understanding that internet-only offenders are at an extremely low-risk of sexually re-offending. 4.6% is the exact number based on Seto (2011).

Race and Sexual Offense Histories: A Video Research Summary

In this video I summarize a research article that dissects the role the race of the offender plays in detected and undetected victims of sexual offenders. It delves into the sexual offense histories of both black and white men, regarding:

Types of sexual offenses committed
Characteristics of the identified victims
Differences in the rate of victims resulting in formal sanctions versus those that went undetected
